Retail Experience Store Operation (EBS)
Kualifikasi :

  • Education Background : S1 Economy, Management, or Information Technology
  • Experience Needed : 2-3 years of Retail based job or company
  • Technical Skill : Excel Skill (excellent) and inventory management Skill (very good).
  • Additional Skill : Network of Event Organizer, network POSM production, banking partner network.
  • English Skill : Very Good
  • She/He must Creative, resourceful, disciplined, leadership, and good interpersonal communication skill.
Tanggung Jawab :
Supporting, Managing administration and Analysis of Execution all operation and infrastructure for Experience Store (SES)
  1. Analyst for Experience Store Development
  2. Managing, tracking and allocation of POSM Performance
  3. Team leader for Mystery Shopper Project
  4. Managing of Perfect Store Audit
  5. Team Leader of budgetting (Incentive and Others Spending production)
  6. Managing for Contract Agreement
  7. GIES Excellence Operation
TVAV Marketing Specialist
Kualifikasi :

  • Experience needed : 1 years of Trade Marketing / Brand Management / Product Marketing
  • Soft Skill : Team Work and Attention to detail and Deadline Pressure
  • English Skill : At least Intermediate
  • Specific Requirement / Others : Good taste in Art and Serving attitude
Tanggung Jawab :
  • Identify opportunities with potential new customers (beyond existing channel).
  • Develop an attractive offers/package to increase sales from new customers.
  • Determine plans for marketing activities for new customers to promote and extend sales coverage.
  • Work within given budget for communication materials within marketing activities.
  • Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing activities.
  • Brief and oversee the end to end process for the potential new customers.
  • Prepare and deliver regular activity report and evaluation
  • Assist AV PM in developing AV Thematic POSM
  • Work closely with Digital Team to develop & review the Digital content for AV
  • Create merchandising and planogram guidance for AV
Retail Technology & Digital Experience
Kualifikasi :

  • Education background : Min. S1 majoring in Business/Management, Communication, or IT/Computer Science preferred
  • Work experience: 4-5 years of experience involving content and digital setups and generating implementation of creative ideas
  • Network across creative agencies and content is a plus
  • Passion in retail and customer in-store experience is a must, with high level of creativity, critical thinking, and deep understanding of Retail best practices
  • Language : English (proficient)
  • Level : Assistant Manager
DEADLINE:

Tanggung Jawab :
  • Develop brand campaign strategy
  • Develop agency brief for DA brand campaign & media plan
  • Develop communication material for Print-Ad, OOH & new line-up.
  • Develop catalog of DA line-up yearly.
  • Liaise with HQ/RHQ team for any local content adaptation from global.
  • Liaise with Media, Digital, CRM, CMI & PR team for campaign strategy & budget plan.
  • Liaise with CMI team for FGD storyboard test/link-test purpose
  • Liaise with RE team for new line-up POSM implementation
  • Check all ATL & digital content to Legal team
  • Raise budget & approval (BQMS & SAP)
  • Deliver FA to media agency
  • Liaise with Digital team to monitor digital activity & update content as required
